The apartment is in a convenient location in Imperia. The beach and all amenities are within easy walking distance. The pretty apartment was refurbished in 2014 and fitted with new fly screens and bathroom fittings. It has heating.

The entrance to the house is quiet and the house has new double-glazed windows and mosquito screens. The accommodation is on the first and top floor of a small building. The ground floor is not let out. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the large living room with a table, chairs, a sofa, a TV and two large, light windows. The kitchen unit is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, such as a coffee machine, espresso maker, cutlery, cookware, tableware and table cloths. There is a cosy, small bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. In the hallway leading to the bathroom there are a washing machine and a small storage room. The first bathroom has a window, a shower, the usual sanitary facilities. Hand towels are also provided. In the attic there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, consisting of two single beds, a junior bed and a cot, where two children can sleep. The attic level has automatic VELUX windows, which also have fly screens. On this floor you can also find the second bathroom, rather small, but with everything you need, including a window.

From the attic you can access the small sun terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals or sunbathe in complete privacy, with a view of the town and the Olive Museum.

There are no private parking spaces, but there are public ones near the house. You can stop briefly right in front of the house for loading and unloading luggage or shopping.

The apartment is conveniently located, as the beach, as well as the restaurants and shops, are within a few hundred metres. The proximity to the motorway, the train station and the main square of the town make the apartment easily accessible, even if you are travelling without a car.

Imperia is a beautiful town facing the Mediterranean. The places of tourist interest, such as Sanremo, Monte carlo and Alassio, are all nearby. The mountains are within easy access and the sea is beautiful and clean. The climate is mild all year round. Here you can sample excellent Mediterranean cuisine and specialities.
