About this property

My cozy home is a great place for a family, a group of friends or those who absolutely love the sport of fishing! It has a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed and double bunk beds with plenty of room for eight to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a great meal. There is a grill available as well. In the evenings, sitting outside on the deck feeling the cool breeze is a great way to just relax and watch the waves, or sipping a nice cup of coffee in the mornings.
My house is minutes from downtown shopping, fabulous restaurants, a fantastic family friendly swimming pool with diving boards and slides, bay access, boat launching, and a beautiful beach to put your toes in the sand.

Amazing house right near the water, central to everything you would need in Rockport and more than anything just an amazing owner who loves to share her home and make sure that we have a good time.

Great place for rest and relaxation!!

Speaking with the property manager, first thing, made the stay at their place enjoyable from the start. The place was exactly what me and my family of eight needed. We didn’t once feel cramped although there were so many of us. It’s with in a few minutes of everything you want or need to do in Rockport. If we’re ever back in this area I will definitely look to see if this place is available. Thank you, Ms. Darla!!

Weekend getaway

Definitely recommend staying here it's a beautiful and comfy home. Super clean and beds were so comfortable! Also had everything we needed as far as paper towels, toilet paper and bath towels. Owner was easy and very friendly to communicate with! Would love to stay again in the future 🙂
