Outside stone steps (70) lead from road level to the gardens surrounding the building and 20 indoor steps to the first floor of the building, bring us to the modern furnished in typical Mediterranean style apartment.

Check-in time is between 3,00 and 8,00 p.m. You will be met and taken to the booked accommodation, asked for a photo of your Id or passport, any extras and the Breakage deposit (in cash only) this is refunded on your departure day, less any breakages.
We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc...
Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time

The nearest restaurant is about 500 meters from the apartment.Il Mareapartment is only 3 Km. from the main square in Amalfi, where there are all amenities and entertainments, such as shops, banks, post office, bars and restaurants, etc... the sea is beautiful, and you will also find beach facilities, such as bars and restaurants.
TheSita bus stop(bus line Amalfi/Positano/Sorrento approx every hour) is situated at 200 m. fromIl Mare.
The main bus terminal is in Amalfi, where all the buses arrive and depart from here, connecting with Positano, Sorrento, Ravello, Salerno, Naples.
From the docks in Amalfi you will also be able to boardferriesand hydrofoils to Positano, Capri, Salerno or Sorrento Coast and Naples, as well as go on mini-cruises for tourists.
If you are fond of archaeology, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum are easily within reach, between 1 to 2 hours driving distance.
How to get there
There are several ways to get to Amalfi / Amalfi Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Salerno Train station either by renting a car or by public transport.
The property is located 30 km. (19 miles) west of Salerno (about 50 minutes driving) and 70 km. (43 miles) southeast of Naples (about a 90 minute drive).
By Public transport all depends on your arrival time at the airport/train station.
The easiest way to reach any destination on the Amalfi Coast from Naples airport or train station is to hire a taxi for a private transfer. While it might seem an extravagant expense, the advantages far outweigh the cost.
Since public transportation on the Amalfi Coast is easy to use and affordable and parking is expensive and very limited, renting a car is not recommended in general.
Arranging for a private transfer reduces the stress of arriving on the Amalfi Coast and eliminates the expenses and difficulties of driving in the area.
