DESCRIPTION OF BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:

The studio is located at Chełmońskiego Street in Poznań, just beside the Wilson Park. In the area you will find numerous great restaurants and cafes. The supermarket is located in 5 min walk from the accomodation. Wilson Park is situated in 4 min walk, one more big park - Jana Kasprowicza Park - can be reached in 11 min walk. The Hala Arena is also very close to the accomodatin - about 9 min walk.

The journey to the city center will take about 15-20 min by tram - the tram stop "Park Wilsona" is located in 450 m from the apartment building. The Main Railway Stationa and Poznan International Fairs (MTP) can be reached in 20 min by foot or in 8-10 min by public transport.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT:

The studio is suitable for a couple or 4 persons and consists of a living room with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. There is also a vintage balcony with garden furniture.

In the living room you will find a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary things for cooking and serving meals. You will find there an induction hob, a dishwasher, an oven, glasses, dishes and other kitchen utensils. Guests are free to use fast Wi-fi and flat screen TV.
