In the historic centre of Cagliari, the loft-like modern vacation home Host 98 is located on the first floor of a historic 15th-century building, situated within the walls of the old town of Castello and surrounded by local craft stores and traditional trattorias. The splendid beaches are also not far away. The vacation home is the ideal starting point to explore the most beautiful coasts of Sardinia. Furnished in white, anthracite and dark wood, the vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The equipment of the child-friendly vacation home also includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. Other amenities include heating, cooling, and a latest-generation air purification system.
The absolute highlight of the accommodation is its excellent location in the heart of Cagliari: a supermarket, a pharmacy and a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars can be reached in just 100 meters (1 minute walk). Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und genau so, wie in der Beschreibung genannt. Die Lage ist super. Die Bushaltestelle ist wenige Meter entfernt auch das Einkaufen ist in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

En pleno centro histórico

Apartamento situado en el casco antiguo de Cagliari, ocupa,una vivienda antigua completamente renovada. Limpieza excelente y decoración cuidada. Fabio, el propietario, mantiene una comunicación constante con sus huéspedes. Altamente recomendable.

Good location and professional service

First of all, I would like to note the professional work of our agent - very clear, pleasant communication, willingness to help domestic issues. What's important is a simple check-in and check-out process. As for the apartments themselves - very clean, very good location, if you plan to spend time exploring the city - everything is within short walking distance. It is definitely worth paying attention to the information in the description of the apartments about the inaccessibility of the parking - this is really so in this area :), so we were glad that we didn’t take a car right away to stay in the city. Surely, it would be better, if possible, to install air conditioners in the apartments, but the air purifiers and fans available here did a good job. There is no view from the windows, but inside it is very interesting, the placement is well thought out, so we were not very sad. In general, very good, modern apartments, which are pleasant to be in.
