We, Felice and Aleta, live in the house next door and speak German. With a discreet contact to our guests, we try to meet the most diverse customer wishes, such as bicycle rental with a cycling map of the area with tour descriptions (numerous marked cycle paths) with tips for special excursions and festivals that take place throughout Istria in summer.

The communal pool is located directly opposite on the property of the holiday home Felix 30 m away. By the communal pool in the garden there is a cosy barbecue area and gazebo for convivial moments. The whole complex is completely fenced.

The comfortable 80 m² holiday flat Rosi has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms shower / WC, washing machine, living room with sofa bed for 1 person, is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, complete cooking and eating utensils, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and garden furniture on the balcony with awning.
The holiday flat has an LED TV-SAT system and free wifi internet connection.
Free parking is provided in the courtyard of the house.
