The Urban Loft is located just a few minutes drive from Merano and the ski resort Merano 2000 in an exclusive apartment complex newly opened in 2021. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials and furniture and offers a unique panoramic view of nature. The stylish apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi (capable of video calls), air conditioning and SAT TV.
The absolute highlight of this exclusive apartment is the whirlpool (whirlpool use only possible between early March to early November) on the spacious and covered balcony and the sauna in the bathroom. Enjoy the view of the communal garden and the mountains from your outdoor area and relax from everyday stress on the comfortable seating furniture.
You can reach a restaurant after a 7-minute walk (550 m). More restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping can be found in the center of Merano, 4 km away (8 minutes by car). A supermarket is just 2.3 km (6 minutes by car) from the accommodation. Merano Thermal Baths and Trauttmansdorff Castle Gardens can be reached in 5 minutes (2 km) by car. The Merano 2000 ski area, where you can enjoy the fresh powder snow of South Tyrol in winter, can be reached in 3.2 km or 6 minutes by car.
Parking is possible on site. There is a garage for your car.
The whirlpool is closed from November to February.

Alles in allem haben wir uns im Urban Loft sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen.

Pros: Der gemeinschaftliche Garten ist riesig, dort konnte ich gut die Hunde toben lassen. Der Balkon ist auch sehr schön groß. Praktisch ist die Tiefgarage, von wo man direkt mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung kommt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet, wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Sehr praktisch, dass eine integrierten Waschmaschine/Trockner in der Wohnung ist. So hat man die Möglichkeit mal die Handtücher oder die eigene Wäsche zwischendurch zu waschen. Zu Fuß kommt man sehr gut in das Zentrum von Meran. Auch der Waalweg ins Passeirtal ist vom Haus aus zu erreichen und sehr zu empfehlen. Sanni, die Hosterin ist sehr kompetent und sympathisch und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat oder Hilfe braucht. Cons: Momentan sind leider alle Nachbarn dort am renovieren + 1 Neubau, deshalb ab 8 Uhr morgens bis abends 18 Uhr sehr laut. Man konnte sich nicht auf dem Balkon oder bei offenen Fenstern und Terrassentüren in der Wohnung aufhalten. Der Vermieter hat uns als Entschädigung dafür aber einen Preisnachlaß gegeben. Das fanden wir sehr korrekt und bedanken uns bei dieser Gelegenheit bei ihm. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist etwas m.E. etwas klein. Auf dem Balkon sind leider nur 4 Gartenstühle, obwohl wir zu viert waren und die Wohnung für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist. Es gibt leider kein separates WC.
