Ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Unser 10-tägiger Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach wunderbar! Die Lage ist fantastisch – ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Attraktionen der Umgebung. Egal ob Spaziergänge am Strand, Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren durch die Natur oder ein kurzer Abstecher in den Ort, alles ist bequem erreichbar. Dank des sehr schönen Wetters machten unsere Touren natürlich umso mehr Spaß!Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer war alles vorhanden, um uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Besonders haben wir den Garten und die Terrasse genossen, die unser Frühstück perfekt gemacht haben.Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war makellos – bei unserer Ankunft war alles frisch gereinigt. Verabredungsgemäß lagen die Wäschepakete - Bettwäsche und Handtücher – bereit. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an die Gastgeber / Verwalterin. Die unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme war jeweils sehr freundlich und Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Auch für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis können wir nur lobende Worte finden. Das Ferienhaus bietet so viel Komfort und Extras, dass der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!Insgesamt war unser Urlaub in Dornumersiel perfekt. Das Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem Häuschen verbracht. Allerdings konnte die Terrasse nicht benutzt werden, da es fürchterlich nach verschmorrtem Plastik gerochen hat. Welches von dem Wechselrichter des Balkonkraftwerks kam.

Top Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet

Wir hatten wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es hat an nichts gemangelt und viele kleine Details haben uns den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Ausstattung ist wirklich super, alles sauber, zentral gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Immer wieder gern.

Nichts zu bemängeln

Problemloser check in und check out. Sehr ungewöhnlich für ein Ferienhaus waren elektrische Rollläden und Markise. Sehr angenehm die Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss. Auch sonst fehlte es von der Kaffeemaschine bis zur Spülmaschine an Nichts. Die Eigentümer waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben in kürzester Zeit ein aufgetretenes Problem mit dem Wlan behoben. Der "Ortskern" (Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants) waren in wenigen Minuten über einen Fußweg zu erreichen. Also: Alles in Allem nichts zu meckern.

Schönes älteres Ferienhaus mit Potenzial

Wir haben im September 2024 elf Nächte in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus an sich ist schön geschnitten und gestaltet, aber eben etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mängel sind: Schimmelbildung im Duschbereich Toaster defekt => Mängel wurden bereits vor einem halben Jahr gemeldet. Mikrowelle defekt Kühlschrankdichtung schimmelig Föhn defekt Besen defekt Wäscheständer in die Jahre gekommen Starke Schmutzrückstände im Waschmaschinenfach (wurde von uns gereinigt) Terassenmarkiese schwergängig und nicht mehr komplett herausfahrbar. In der Beschreibung des Hauses ist angegeben, dass ein Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung steht. Diesen gibt es nicht. Von der Verwalterin wurden wir sehr gut betreut. Es wurde auch angeboten unsere Wäsche zu trocknen. Wenn die Mängel behoben werden, der Duschbereich gereinigt und instangesetzt, sowie die Hausbeschreibung angepasst wird, würden wir die volle Puktzahl geben. Wie gesagt, ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Potenzial. Tipp: Wir würden als Gäste auch eine höhere Endreinigungspauschale zahlen, damit man eine saubere Waschmaschine und eine saubere Duschwand ohne Schimmelbefall bekommt. Grundsätzlich haben wir einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht, aber Potenzial nach oben ist noch vorhanden.
