Durchwachsene Eindrücke, für unsere Reise war die Wohnung eher ungeeignet

vorbereitende Kommunikation und auch der Check-In liefen sehr gut und stets zufriedenstellend. Für ein lockeres Pärchen , welches eine geeignete Unterkunft für eine Städtereise sucht und mit wenig Gepäck unterwegs ist, bestimmt i.O.! Für uns mit Kleinkind (8Monate) war das leider nichts ! Beginnend mit Mülltonnen direkt hinter der Haustür als erster Eindruck, geht es in´s Treppenhaus. Dachgeschosswohnung ohne Auszug. Für ein junger Paar mit viel Gepäck war das nicht gut, hätten wir vorher besser prüfen müssen. Durch unsere Reise mit Kleinkind(!) spielt Sauberkeit eine sehr große Rolle, dem wurde die Wohnung nicht gerecht. Schmutz und ein wenig Schimmel-Stellen im Bad, sehr kleine Wanne die als Dusche fungiert und keinerlei Spritzschutz / Vorhang hat, Schimmel im geöffneten Fenster (Laibung) des Badfensters. Auch in der Küche finden sich leider stark verschlissene Sockelleisten der Arbeitsplatte, zahlreiche Löcher in der Decke von verschiedenen Montagen unterschiedlichster Leuchten, auch hier fällt beim Lüften auf ... Schimmel in der Fensterlaibung. Etwas knifflig , Ursuche konnten wir nicht herausfinden => großes Loch in der Trockenbauwand der Küche... Flecken auf dem Sofa in der Wohnstube, Internet nur mittels HUAWEI-Internet-Stick => somit Datenvolumen i.d.R. nach ca. 60 - 70% eines Abendflims aufgebraucht und tot. Für uns schwierig... in der Wohnung darunter wohnen starke Raucher, was das lüften an warmen Sommertagen zum Abend hin wirklich schwierig machte.

Wohlfühl-Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt und die Lage ist top. Das einzige kleine Manko waren die 80 Treppenstufen, die man hinaufsteigen muss, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Dafür ist der Ausblick ins Grüne super. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war sehr nett und herzlich.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung zentral in der Schelfstadt

Zentral gelegene Wohnung (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt und zum Pfaffenteich), gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und großem TV, sehr sauber. Uns hat es hier gut gefallen - wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Stadtwohnung mit Schwächen

alles in allem gut, bis auf die Lage. Die Parksituation in Schwerin ist wirklich schlecht, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann. Die wenigen Parkplätze in der Umgebung sind zudem auch noch kostenpflichtig. Das muss man beim Preis der Wohnung berücksichtigen. Für Reisende mit Öffis ist Wohnung perfekt.
