Whereas in ancient Sanskrit „Himalaya“ means „abode of the snow“ (hima = snow; amalaya = dwelling), „Amalaya“ can be translated as „abode of the soul“. And the Villa Amalaya is indeed a place where you will feel wholeheartedly at ease in no time.
The construction of the Villa Amalaya was completed early 2015 on one of the last pie-shaped properties in the sought-after South West of Cape Coral, overlooking an intersection of three canals with direct access to open waters. Throughout the planning process the top priority was to allow for as much of a „Florida feeling“ as possible, meaning to provide for attractive outdoor facilities with larger than usual areas for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. Accordingly, the Villa Amalaya not only disposes of a large Lanai with integrated grill kitchen, but also of an attractive pool with spa and special water loungers as well as a large area for relaxing and chilling on luxuriously padded deck chairs. However, it is mainly the fantastic and unencumbered view of roughly 300 meters of canal that makes the stay at Villa Amalaya a memorable experience. In addition, the exact western orientation of the house provides you with a front row seat to admire each evening one of the famed Florida sunsets head-on.
Also the interior of the house exudes quality and harmony. The furniture is a mixture of Italian design and local elements, which - together with a balanced selection of colors – create both a modern and comfortable ambiance. Furthermore, the technical infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. There is a smart TV with wireless media streaming in each bedroom and a large Entertainment Centre in the Great Room with a 4k-TV, special loudspeakers and a blu-ray player for an ultimate home cinema feeling.
All three bedrooms (2xKing and 1xQueen) have their own bathroom with comfortable walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a daybed available in the den for temporary or additional bedding requirements.
Despite its quiet location the Villa Amalaya is only a three-minute drive away from important connecting roads, grocery stores and restaurants.
