Hervorragender Aufenthalt mit kleiner Panne

Bewertung: Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Harz in einer Ferienwohnung zu übernachten, und unsere Erfahrung war nahezu perfekt. Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, was für uns immer ein wichtiges Kriterium ist. Für die Sauberkeit verdienen sie definitiv fünf Sterne. Service: Der Service war ausgezeichnet, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über E-Mail war stets klar und hilfreich. Es ist immer großartig, wenn der Gastgeber so aufmerksam und ansprechbar ist. Kleines Missgeschick: Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der unsere Aufmerksamkeit erregte. Wir konnten aus Versehen mit unserem Schlüssel ein anderes Zimmer betreten. Dies führte zu einer kleinen Verwechslung, als wir unwissentlich das falsche Zimmer betraten. Glücklicherweise wurde das Missverständnis schnell aufgeklärt, als die neuen Nachmieter eintrafen. Es war eine ungewöhnliche Situation, die aber schnell gelöst wurde. Gesamteindruck: Abgesehen von diesem kleinen Vorfall war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sind absolut empfehlenswert, und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch bei schlechtem Wetter

Alles da was wir benötigten. Übersichtliche Einteilung und toller Blick aus dem Fenster. Alles gute Qualität. Wald, Spazierwege nah beim Haus. Gerne wieder! Dank an netten Hauswart!

Kurztrip über Himmelfahrt

Das Appartement ist neu und stilvoll eingerichtet, allerdings fehlt es an praktischen Details. Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen. Im Bad fehlt ein Halter für die Toilettenpapierrolle.
