Have you ever lived in a former mill... Es Moli, on the outskirts of Felanitx, has been lovingly restored and the secluded garden offers many a hidden spot.

Layout:
The old mill room has a living and dining room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Two bedrooms have double beds (150 cm x 190 cm, 150 cm x 200 cm), one has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, the other has a shower. The living space is 189 square meters. There is underfloor heating in the house.

Outdoor area:
The garden is 980 sqm and consists of two levels. On the upper level is a beautiful, large terrace with seating furniture, loungers and sun awnings. The view over the pool to the plain of Felanitx is very beautiful. A small path leads to the lower garden area, with a pond and small, cozy seating area.
The house is within walking distance of the supermarket “Eroski”. Depending on the wind direction, the Manacor - Porto Colom road can be heard. There are also some craft businesses and direct neighbors nearby.

Pool:
4 m x 10 m, depth: 105 cm - 185 cm. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning incl. for stays of 14 days or more. Additional cleaning on request. Towels/bed linen for changing are provided in the house.

Attention:
In August, the so-called “Fiestas de Sankt Augustín” take place in Felanitx every year. This is a village festival where people party late into the night. Guests on the finca should dance along during this time, as the music can be heard from far and wide.
