Modern holiday flat with sea views at the harbour of Portocolom - close to restaurants

This cozy vacation apartment is located in the middle of the port of Portocolom, one of the most beautiful villages on the east coast of Mallorca. The combination of modern furnishings and a direct view of the blue sea promises an unforgettable vacation.

Layout:
The bright apartment in Portocolom is located on the second floor and offers enough space for four travelers. There are a total of two bedrooms with double beds (150 cm x 190 cm) and walk-in closets, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Next to it is another bright, modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The heart of the apartment is a very spacious and light-flooded living and dining area. A large window front that opens out onto the terrace offers a panoramic view of the small, pretty harbor of Portocolom. The living room is furnished with a sofa, a comfortable reading chair and a TV. Adjacent to the living room is the open-plan kitchen, which impresses with its clean lines and modern furnishings. The apartment is located in a new building and has air conditioning. Electric blinds darken the apartment so that you can sleep in during your vacation.

Outdoor area:
The furnished terrace is accessed from the living area. Here you can spend pleasant hours in the fresh air and let your gaze wander over the harbor and the sea. The small fishing boats moor in the harbor every evening and bring in the catch of the day.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).

Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request (12€/hour, minimum 2 hours). Towel/bed linen change incl. every 7th day for stays of 14 days or more, linen is provided for self change. Additional changes are possible at the following conditions: towels 4€ for a towel set (one large and one small towel) and bed linen 10€ double bed/6€ single bed. The service is to be paid in cash on site.
