Nette Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Pro: +super Lage: nah am Meer (3 Min.), schöner See um die Ecke, Restaurants ringsrum +Service: Kontakt zu Ferienhausvermietung schnell & unkompliziert +Küche ist gut ausgestattet +weiches Leitungswasser, schmeckt gut, aber ungewohnt beim Duschen +Netflixzugang (hängt sich allerdings öfters mal auf) Contra: -Schimmel in der Wohnung insbesonders an der Decke (undicht?), Tapeten an manchen Stellen schon wellig -in den kühleren Monaten (wir waren Mitte September dort) kühlt die Wohnung nachts stark ab. Entweder man lässt die laute Heizung laufen oder friert. Im Bad gibts ein mobiles Heizgerät mit Stecker. -nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser, da Duschtür unten nicht abdichtet. -Bei starkem Regen peitscht das Wasser stark auf das Dach. Ist sehr laut. Tipps: -Preise im nahe liegendem Spar etwas teuer, Aldi 20 Fahrtminuten entfernt. -Bei Windböen klappert das Tor in der Halterung hin und her. Abhilfe: Taschentuch o. Ä. reinstecken. -Topper bei Betten waren uns zu weich. Wer es härter mag, entfernt die Topper. Bitte an die Vermieter: Esstisch & Pfanne austauschen. Sind schon deutlich verkratzt und Schimmel entfernen
