Keine gute Betreuung durch die Agentur

Hinweis zur Bewertung: der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat nicht stattgefunden. Die angegebenen Sterne sind nur für die Möglichkeit der Bewertung über die Agentur. Leider stand die Unterkunft aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen kurzfristig nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Die Agentur konnte keine Hilfe zur kurzfristigen Vermittlung einer anderen Unterkunft leisten. Das Personal hatte unzureichende Deutschkenntnisse. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist, immer eine Alternative bereithalten.
