About this property

This luxurious summer home is located on the edge of the picturesque town of Veere. Surrounded by the beautiful Veerse forests and only a few minutes away from the Veerse lake and the North Sea beach. This beautiful area is very suitable for a nice walking or cycling trip. The surrounding villages are certainly worth a visit. The Veerse Meer is suitable for many water sports activities such as surfing, sailing and fishing. You can also fish behind this summer house, which is only a 50 m walk away. The summer house has a private garden with garden furniture.

In the high season, Veere goes back in time on Tuesday and you will find the historic market here. In the vicinity there are a number of beautiful villages. To start with Women's Polder. Vrouwenpolder has a beautiful beach, nice shops, a supermarket and fine restaurants. You will find a small weekly market here on Wednesdays. Serooskerke is also within cycling distance of the summer house. The Zeeland capital Middelburg is about 7 km away. Middelburg has countless shops, restaurants and other places of interest. It is also possible from the Lange Jan to view the beautiful view over Walcheren or to take a nice cruise through the canals of Middelburg. The large weekly market is held in Middelburg on Thursdays.
