This modern, air-conditioned apartment is located in the prestigious Mennica Residence building in Warsaw. The building is located in the heart of Warsaw, 1 km from the Palace of Culture and Science.
The fast-developing Wola district can fulfill all daily needs thanks to numerous retail and catering points. In the apartment building there are restaurants and bars, with many more catering points in the neighborhood. The closest supermarket is across the street (200 m).
The apartment is a perfect starting point to explore Warsaw. The Warsaw Rising Museum and the iconic shopping center Złote Tarasy are just 15-minute walk away from the location. The area has also great access to other districts of Warsaw: the closest metro station, Rondo ONZ, is 650 m from the apartment, and on the neighboring streets there are many bus stops. The public transport to the Old Town takes just 15 minutes. For more eco-friendly and even faster solutions, there’s a city bike rental next to The Warsaw Rising Museum.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The fully equipped, superbly furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The room layout consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin. The living room has access to a private balcony fitted with garden furniture. The amazing view of the city center’s skyscrapers can be fully enjoyed thanks to a glass-paneling that isolates the balcony from the street noises. To guarantee an optimal and personalized temperature in every weather and season, the apartment is airconditioned. This atmosphere of luxury is complemented by a modern interior design in which shades of white, gold and black seamlessly interplay. The multimedia amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free access to a Wi-Fi network. Full bathroom and kitchen facilities - such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, or a microwave – increase the independence of our guests. For a good beginning of every stay, complimentary cosmetics set, towels, and bed linen are provided. Guests travelling by car can also reserve a paid private parking spot in the underground parking lot.
