About this property

The villa is in a privileged location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina, where you will find plenty of day and night entertainment. This stylish accommodation is perfect for group or family trips. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and electric oven. There are no gas appliances.

The villa consists of 3 floors, basement, ground floor and 1st floor. On the ground floor there is a bedroom suite with 2 single beds, one above and one below, corridor, kitchen, living room and covered terrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with bath and one with shower, each bedroom has a spacious terrace with table and chairs for 2 people. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor both have air conditioning.

The owners of the house, only a couple lives in the basement but with an independent entrance door, so guests have 100% privacy, moreover they are always present in case guests need help or solve any problems.

IMPORTANT: The house can be rented in low and medium season for 2, 3 or 4 persons as 1 or 2 bedrooms, in case of 2 persons the guests have only the master bedroom available. In case of 3 persons, they have the main bedroom on the 1st floor and a bed in the ground floor bedroom, in case of 4 persons guests have the main bedroom on the 1st floor and either the back bedroom with double bed or the ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds.
