Located in Olbia close to the sea, the independent holiday home Luca House with 2 mezzanines and a loft has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The property has two double beds, one on the first floor and the other in the loft with two other single beds. The loft is made with excellent finishes with a large window overlooking the sea, ideal for children.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine, cable and satellite TV as well as children's books and toys. In addition, gym equipment is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a balcony, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
The holiday home is in a very quiet area. The home owner has a small boat, with which guests can visit the islands Marine Protected Area of Tavolara and Coda Cavallo. Excursions are offered with a small aperitiv/lunch on board.
