Great location, but needs a little work

1) The house is close to the beach (.3k), and easy to access and park at; 2) The contact person, Gabriela, was very kind; 3) The downstairs guest, Andrea, was a terrific neighbour; 4) The yard and area was clean and well cared for; 5) I so needed the chips and water when I arrived - greatly appreciated! Suggestions: A) The mattress for so hard I used all the bed pillows in the apartment to lay on or I couldn't sleep B) The listing should explain better that the house has 2 apartments. C) There was no sound insulation and every noise between the apartments could be heard. Does not feel private; D) It would be helpful to have a sheet of information that renters could use to understand the internet access, deal with trash, find local grocers, restaurants, farmers' markets. Thank you!

Eine nicht perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft

Leider ist der Funke bei dieser Ferienwohnung nicht auf uns übergesprungen.Wir waren entäuscht von der Lage,die man als sehr abseits gelegen bezeichnen kann. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Schotterpiste, hier wäre ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug von Vorteil,aber bitte nicht zu groß, da die Einfahrt sehr schmal ist. Es gibt direkte Nachbarn und ein brachliegendes Gelände davor,dort wird ein Hund an der Kette gehalten,der Nachts die Nachtruhe .Die Infrastruktur ist mäßig, es gibt Tavernen und 2 Mini-Märkte.Das Sortiment ist überschaubar und nicht gerade günstig,Butter für 4,60 € als Beispiel.Daher ehr bei der Anfahrt mit Lebensmitteln eindecken. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet.Der Kühlschrank sehr klein,das Wasser aus dem Eisfach tropfte die Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank nass.Die Küche enthält das notwendigste.Wir mussten leider erst Mal die Kaffeemaschine säubern,der Filter enthielt noch Reste vom Vormieter.Die Ablage am Spülbecken war total verkalkt,müsste mal gereinigt werden,auch der Wasserkocher sah innen nicht mehr einladend aus,total verkalkt.Das liegt sicher am vorhanden kalkhaltigen Wasser,sollte aber bei der Reinigung ins Auge fallen. Es waren Flecken auf dem Tischläufer, auf den 2 weißen Stühlen beim Sofa,der Fußboden hatte Flecken,obwohl laut der Vermieterin gründlich gereinigt wird.Die Toilette war schmutzig,der Duschkopf verkalkt,Wasser spritzte nach allen Seiten. Betten schlecht, Auflage verdreckt, Bretter als Lattenrost.Klimanlage nur im Wozi.Sind abgereist

Schöne Wohnung in Tsoutsourous

Schöne Wohnung in der 1. Etage, darüber eine tolle Dachterasse. Als wir da waren war die Erdgeschosswohnung frei. Ideal für 2 Personen, 4 gehen aber auch. Alles freundlich und sehr unkompliziert, die Vermieterin beantwortet Fragen sehr schnell. Alles da was wir brauchten. Unten ein kleiner Kräutergarten. Schlüssel haben wir bei Kostas (Zorbas Taverne) abgeholt, sehr netter Wirt der gerne Zeit mit seinen Gästen verbringt und Tipps hat. Hier kann mensch gut und günstig essen und trinken und dabei die Aussicht genießen und sich unterhalten. Wir waren Ende März in Tsoutsourous, Vorsaison, und es waren sehr wenige Touristen da. Gut zum Entspannen und erholen. (wenige) Wanderungen in der Nähe möglich, gemütlicher Strand, "überall" Ziegen, Schafe und natürlich Katzen. Auf dem Balkon vor der Wohnung stand eine Schale für Katzenfutter, die haben wir immer gefüllt und hatten Besuch von sehr süßen unaufdringlichen Katzen. Tsoutsourous ist umgeben vom Meer und von Bergen, ein Auto ist erforderlich wenn mensch mehr entdecken will. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche.
