Schöne Lage mit guter Aussicht aus der zweiten Reihe auf das Meer
Pros: Der Sonnenuntergang im Meer. In der Wohnung Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine.

Cons: Ich kenne das Haus seit mehreren Jahren. Doch muss ich jetzt sagen, dass das Klientel gewechselt hat. Am Pool finden Partys von osteuropäischen Gästen, welche die Eigentürmer mitbringen und dort nicht wohnen, mit Alkohol statt. Es wird auch geraucht/Alkohol getrunken. Schlimm sind neuerdings die "Dampfer" mit E-Zigaretten die abends auf dem Balkon ohne Rücksicht auf andere dampfen. Schade, dass der Verwalter das alles zulässt und nicht kontrolliert. Zur Wohnung: ein paar bequemere Stühle in der Wohnung wären ein Highlight.
I've known the hotel for several years. But now I have to say that the clientele has changed. There are parties at the pool with alcohol organised by Eastern European guests who are brought by the owners and don't live there. There is also smoking/alcohol consumption. Recently, the "vapers" with e-cigarettes who vape on the balcony in the evening with no consideration for others have become a nuisance.
