Bis auf kleine Mängel eine schöne Wohnung

Im großen und ganzen haben wir hier ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand und im Ortskern. Die Wohnung ist teilweise mit modernen Möbeln eingerichtet. Das Kinderzimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist dieser Raum noch mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der sehr fleckig ist. Kleinkinder würde ich hier nicht spielen lassen. Bis auf den Treppenaufgang ist die restliche Wohnung mit Fliesen und Laminat ausgestattet. Das Fernsehprogramm ist leider nur auf ARD und ZDF beschränkt. Satelliten-Programme können nicht empfangen werden. Bei der Küche fehlt es an gewissen Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Mikrowelle, Topflappen und Auflaufform. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön sind die zwei Balkone. Einmal von der Küche aus, perfekt zum frühstücken und einmal vom Wohnzimmer aus um die Abendsonne zu genießen. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt.

Nette Unterkunft mit interessanter Aufteilung

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung in größerem Wohnblock, interessant geschnitten, ideal für Familien mir zwei Kindern. Ein größeres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, nebenan ein hübsches Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. ( eine Matratze sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden) Die Küche eine Etage höher bietet alles nötige. ( für die Spülmaschine Tabs mitnehmen) Eine kleine Treppe höher liegt das Wohnzimmer. Als Fernsehprogramme sind leider nur die Öffentlich Rechtlichen zu sehen, der Rest ist verschlüsselt. Die Heizung hat ein gewisses Eigenleben und ist trotz Infomappe nicht zu durchschauen. Für jede Wohnung gibt es einen Parkplatz und alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht, liegt fußläufig entfernt. Der Empfang bei Nordseeliving im Ort ist tatsächlich super nett!
