Breton holiday home with private pool and spacious terrace area. Only the driveway with an automatic garden gate is shared. Your holiday home is completely hidden from view from the other small residential unit and offers you sole access to the well-kept, Mediterranean-style garden with numerous palm trees, the large pool and the playground for the kids. The covered pool can be used with its cover, but this is also easy to open. On the closed property, you can easily park 3 cars safely. Inside, a pleasant living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer you good comfort. One of the bedrooms is decorated more for teenagers, but can easily accommodate adults. On the ground floor, a lounge with billiards offers variety when the weather doesn't play along. The well-kept property is located in a quiet residential area of Penmarch, approximately equidistant between Le Ster beach (2.2 km) and Pors Carn beach (2.5 km). The elongated municipality of Penmarc'h is an ideal starting point for exploring the Bigoudenland. If you follow the coast on bikes or on a hike, you will come to Brittany's largest natural beach, La Torche, which is a popular surfing spot throughout France. The area around Penmarch is known for its floriculture, among other things; in the spring the surrounding fields shine in all colours. The capital of the Bigoudenland, Pont L'Abbé, attracts with its lively weekly market, the small castle, nice boutiques and good restaurants.

tolle Lage, schönes Haus mit Mängeln und schlechter Ausstattung
Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Stichstraße auf einem großen Grundstück, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen in einem Mobilheim am Rand des Grundstücks. Trotz der Nähe gibt es durch die Ausrichtung und Lage des Objekts keinerlei Sichtkontakt und man fühlt sich jederzeit "unbeaufsichtigt". Der Pool war warm, sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut aufgeteilt aber leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen nicht fachgerecht in Stand gesetzt worden oder ungepflegt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein unmittelbar wahrnehmbares Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Trotz dauerhaften Lüftens blieb die Raumluft leider muffig. Gegen Ende unseres 2-wöchigen Urlaubs haben wir dann auch den ursächlichen schwarzen Schimmel im Wohnraum gefunden. In den Bädern setzt sich der Eindruck leider fort. Der beleuchtete Spiegel war falsch an den Strom angeschlossen (Gefahr!), der Handtuchheizkörper ließ sich nicht einschalten und die Badewanne war so eingelassen, dass sie beim Ein- und Aussteigen sichtbar wippte. Die Küche ist gut aufgeteilt und es gibt mehr als ausreichend Gläser, Besteck und Töpfe. Darüber hinaus ist die Küche eher schlecht ausgestattet. Zwar ist von allem reichlich vorhanden, aber in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (krumme/stumpfe Messer, Töpfe, die zum Teil nicht für den Induktionsherd geeignet sind, defekter Mixer, rostiges Kochbesteck etc.). Das EG hinterlässt einen unsauberen Eindruck, das OG war OK
