The 100 m² property (including the terrace) consists of a living / dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 shower room plus an additional toilet and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office working, air conditioning in the living area and principle bedroom, fans, a washing machine, a smart TV with streaming services and an Alexa.
The property is easy access with no steps from the car park up to the apartment via the elevator and throughout the apartment .

The large, south-facing terrace basks in sunshine and provides ample space for al fresco dining and relaxation while affording wonderful views in all directions.
