The 94 m² property, located in Platja d'Aro (Costa Brava), consists of a spacious dining room - living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has capacity for 5 people. A single bed for 1 person can be added upon request. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, as well as television.
The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace, overlooking the beach, with its furniture to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply relaxing and a balcony with spectacular mountain views.
Its location is excellent as the shopping center is a 5-minute walk away.
There is free parking in the town as well as near the apartment or blue zone.
No pets allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and avoid making noise.
The property has no steps either in its access or inside. There are access ramps throughout the building suitable for both wheelchairs and baby strollers.
There is a spacious elevator available in the building.
