This spacious flat is situated in a quiet location in the heart of the enchanting Silvretta mountains. It offers all the ingredients for a successful winter or summer holiday, including bread roll service. The accommodation is on the second floor and has a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. After a beautiful day in the region, you can make yourself comfortable in the large living room with TV and access to the balcony. The flat is not self-contained, shared hallway

The cost for the Silvrettacard summer 6,--/day for adults (born 2007 and older) and 3,-- children (2008 - 2015) is in addition to the local tourist tax.

The 2024/25 winter sports season in Kappl ends on 30 March 2025 due to the new construction of the Diasbahn. However, guests can divert to the ski resorts of See and Ischgl, which are easily accessible by ski bus

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed. . Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
