About this property

This beautiful house of 100 years has been restored and fully modernized in 2009. The house is furnished very comfortably with good taste and is situated on a hillside in a beautiful old park with stunning views over the the Bay of Aber and the city of Morgat.
On the ground floor of the house: spacious, luminous living room with a massive fireplace and a comfortable sofa set, TV and dining room with its beautiful cedar table for 12 people. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate additional toilet.
Upstairs: 2 more bedrooms with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub and toilet. The other three bedrooms each have integrated shower rooms. A second toilet. In the basement there is a sauna, billiard and table football.

Superbe villa proche de la mer.

Idéal pour un séjour dépaysant en famille ou entre amis. Très bien accueilli par les propriétaire soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes.

Magnifique séjour

Tres belle maison décorée avec goût, confortable et facile à vivre. Vue imprenable et magnifique sur la plage de l'Aber et le petit bois de la propriété. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible pour tout renseignement ou conseil. Nous avons adoré ce lieu magique isolé du monde face au ciel et à la mer.

Fabulous Location - excellent property

This is an absolutely fabulous place. The location is incredible, with views over the bay and a pretty well perfect nearby beach. You can walk to the beach (5mins). You can cycle to the local bakery (15 mins). It's within very easy reach (drive) of supermarkets and nearby Crozon. Also only and hour from either Quimper or Brest. We had two families sharing this amazing building - room for all and a great lounge to relax in and play games together. And of course eating together. The kitchen is so well equipped - we could enjoy fresh seafood from the local markets, BBQs etc. And for a bit more space there is the games room downstairs (table football and billiards competitions well into the night). The garden at the front is quiet and you can easily relax there (local cider recommended!). The garden at the back is like having your own private woods for gentle walks. This is an utterly charming house and location - I hope I get a chance to return.
