- Prior submission of data required for accommodation release

- Shower and barbecue sink: The external water taps for the shower and sink, located near the barbecue, remain closed. They have been deactivated to ensure proper functioning of the house's water supply. We ask that you do not open them during your stay.

- Gas cylinder replacement: Should the gas run out during your stay, there is a spare cylinder in the house basement. To perform the replacement, close the lever on the empty cylinder and open the one on the full cylinder. If you have any difficulty, please contact us.

- IMPORTANT: To ensure proper system functioning, do not use the bathtub with the boiler switched on. If you wish to heat water for bathing, turn on the boiler approximately 30 minutes before use via the circuit breaker located in the kitchen, behind the appliance shelf. After using the heated water, we ask that you switch off the boiler.

- We would like to mention that the stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking. Any difference in the number of guests and/or visitors may incur extra costs and must always be reported to the property manager before check-in.
