The very spacious, approx. 65 sqm large and bright holiday flat over 2 floors for 3 persons is located in the upper and attic floor of a single house with a total of 3 flats. It offers the best conditions to spend a relaxing holiday. A private parking space and a lockable bicycle shed are available directly in front of the house. The balconies have an area of over 20 sqm. The hallway, living room and the dining area with the kitchen form an open-concept unit with a three-storey dormer on the south side (with balcony access) and another balcony access on the west side. Highlights included: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating and water, linen package and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Nearby activities: 12 km long and 2 km wide fine sandy beach combined with the scent of pine trees and salt marshes: That is St. Peter-Ording! Experience Germany's only seaside resort with its own sulphur spring. The long holiday resort consists of four districts, the most beautiful of which is the old St. Peter village. Here, the old brick church stands out next to many thatched Frisian houses. Each part of the village has its own bathing beach with a restaurant on stilts. The West Coast Park with its petting zoo and unique sealarium offers variety for the whole family. Younger guests are also catered for in the playhouse 5 days a week: the playhouse is a children's paradise with bouncy castles, a ball pool and lots of toys. Joint games, handicrafts and baking afternoons are offered. But clowns, children's songwriters, puppet theatres, storytellers or magicians are also frequent guests and provide lots of fun. To use the washing machine and dryer, which are shared with the two other flats, you use a euro coin machine. Bringing pets and smoking are not allowed in the flat.
