Das Haus, in dem sich die Fewo befindet, macht von außen leider einen etwas verwahrlosten Eindruck. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig und ganz nett eingerichtet, bietet eine schönen Blick zum See, auf den Betten war gut zu liegen. Aber in Küche und Bad ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, Stichwort: Krümel im Besteckkasten. Schön ist auch nicht, dass Putzeimer und Staubsauger offen herumstehen, das könnte man gut in einer Nische verbergen. Dass der "direkte Seezugang" und Gartenbereich mit den Nutzern der anderen Fewo sowie Hausbewohnern geteilt wird, könnte vorab mitgeteilt werden. Im Bad fehlt ein Vorhang. Auch wäre ein Hinweis günstig, dass nicht direkt vor Ort geparkt werden kann.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten uns schon riesig auf die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Seezugang gefreut. Bereits beim Einchecken in die Wohnung wurden wir enttäuscht. Das Treppenhaus ist runterkommen und schmutzig. Die Haustüre ist verdreckt und die Türklinke kurz vorm Abfallen. In der Wohnung ist dreck und staub von unzähligen Vormietern zu sehen. Übler Geruch in der Wohnung.....! Der Duschvorhang verschimmelt. Wasserflecken bzw. Schimmel an den Decken von einem alten Wasserschaden vorhanden. Keine Vorhänge im Bad! Wir könnten noch viele negative Punkte aufzählen. Der Seezugang muss sich mit weiteren Mietern geteilt werden! Beim Schwimmen im See, wurde uns von Frau Pfahl gesagt, dass wir die Leiter am Steg zum Baden nehmen sollen, da im See lauter Müll lag bzw liegt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten sind total verdreckt bzw. zugekackt von den Vögeln im Baum. Da müsste man erstmal mit einem Spachtel ran. Es ist kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung vorhanden. Für 4,50 Euro Tagesticket kann man in der Nähe parken. Wir haben es notgedrungen zwei Nächte ausgehalten und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesund. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter blieb unbeantwortet. Schade!! Schließlich sollte die Sommerurlaub entspannent und erholsam sein.

Großzügige Wohnung mit direktem Seezugang

Viel Platz mit schattigem Plätzchen im Garten und Steg zum Baden. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern.

Besonders war der private Zugang zum See, mit Steg und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben dort, am Wasser, die meiste Zeit verbracht! Es war herrlich!
