Portion of single villa with garden located about 2 km from the sea, along the coast road Cagliari Villasimius. It is positioned in a cool basement consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, cozy living room, large bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room, all well ventilated with windows. The dwelling is accessed via an independent access with convenient street-front parking.
It is possible to request additional cab service from the airport to the location.

The space
The location features a comfortable patio equipped with table and chairs, for an al fresco breakfast , lunch or dinner. Patio adjoining a manicured garden, equipped with deck chairs for pleasant relaxation. Possibility of a cool, rejuvenating shower on the lawn upon returning from a day at the beach.

Access for guests
Guests will have access to the entire area dedicated to them.
Please note that the stay of children under the age of 12 is free of charge.

Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is equipped with the necessary linens (one set of sheets and one set of towels).
The kitchen , equipped with 5 gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator , freezer and other small accessories, is fully usable.
The house , located in a quiet area , is close to the most coveted and renowned beaches of the southeastern coast (Costa Rei, Cala Pira, Villasimius, Geremeas, Capitana), but also very close to the Poetto beach , waterfront of more than 10 km, served by equipped establishments, beach volleyball courts, bike paths and walking.
Within a radius of 2 to 3 km are the Pharmacy, post offices, markets, bars, restaurants, churches and various services.
About 6 km away is the town of Quartu S. Elena, about 12 km away is the pleasant city of Cagliari, rich in history, but also with special scents, such as the fish market,or pleasant emotions such as the flight of flamingos along the pond adjacent to the Gulf.

Public transportation service is quite close to the apartment. Just a 5-minute walk away is the 1Q bus stop that allows you to get to Quartu S. Elena and Capitana; 15 minutes away, on the other hand, is the PF bus stop that gives you the opportunity to get to Poetto beach and the city center of Cagliari.
Otherwise it is possible, with other lines, to reach all the other seaside resorts on the coast. Locations almost entirely equipped with parking lots, guarded and unguarded, for a fee.
