Expensive one-room apartment with fixable defects
The apartment was way too expensive considering its size, equipment and missing cleanliness. The information on the website misled us to expect one bedroom and separate space for kitchen and living with sofa bed. Instead it was a single room separated by a large closet which lacked privacy for 4 people. Further, there were obvious flaws that could have been fixed easily: Loose tap, clogged sink, missing soup plates. The shower was not properly cleaned and there was a residue of some liquid on the bathroom floor. Additional facilities for hanging up wet towels would also be desirable. On the positive side, the location was nice and all other equipment was in good condition. The fan heaters also worked. (But the fact that fan heaters replace normal heating was communicated only after booking.)
