Finca Can Tolo is located only 3 km from the beautiful sandy beach at Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The finca is ideally located in the Son San Marti area in the hinterland of the Playas de Muro. The pretty country house is quietly situated and offers a spacious outdoor area for up to 8 people. Can Tolo is an ideal house for two families who want to spend their vacations together but want their own living area, because the finca has two separate entrances and thus two separate living units with two bedrooms each. So each family can enjoy their own privacy.

The house has a spacious outdoor area with a beautiful pool and a well-kept lawn. Around the pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas and you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca here wonderful while swimming in the pool or relax on the lawn. A dining table for 8 people is located under the covered porche not far from the brick outdoor barbecue. the mediterran eGarden offers depending on the season lemons, oranges, pomegranates, figs and khakis, which may be harvested by guests if necessary. Here you can enjoy the outdoor life from breakfast to dinner. The outdoor area is completed by an additional bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The finca for 8 people offers two self-contained living units, both with their own entrance. One living unit of the finca is located on the first floor the other on the second floor. The living area on the first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. On the second floor is the second living unit, which is also equipped with kitchen, salon with sofa and dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony.

Can Tolo is ideally located, very close to Can Picafort and not far from the village of Muro. The location is nice and quiet and you can walk in a few minutes to Pep's restaurant, the Arcoiris, which is only 850m from the house. You don't need a car to go out to eat. Other restaurants, stores and supermarkets are just a few minutes drive from the house. The fine sandy beach Playas de Muro with its Caribbean-like beach is also not far from the finca, making it the ideal vacation home for families with children or good friends who want to spend their vacations together in the beautiful north of Mallorca.
