Welcome to our charming maisonette holiday flat in the heart of Schwenningen.
Located in a quiet street in the city centre, this stylish 3 room flat (ca 90m²) is situated in the courtyard of a residential complex.The flat is spacious and offers plenty of room for up to four people. Two cosy bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed, an open fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle as well as a bathroom with shower, washer-dryer, hairdryer and towels offer everything you need for your stay. The living room is accessed by a narrow staircase and is equipped with smart TV, Netflix and Waipu TV (Pay TV). The small covered balcony over the courtyard is perfect for getting some fresh air. High-speed wifi throughout the flat is great for remote working. Separate access to the flat via a wide staircase. During flexible check-in you will receive the door code and can check in independently. Public parking is available along the street, play area in the garden may be used
