As a guest you have all sorts of limitations for cancellation, but the owner apparently is able to cancel 5h before you arrive. Due to so called double booking caused by agenda sync error. I would almost suspect that the other guest booked for more days and was given preference.
This is so much of a disappointment and a hassle if you are about to hit the road for 500km ride. Should not take place when you try to get in business in a decent way.
The cancellation way mailed through fewo direkt and then still fewo direkt is mailing you that they hoped you had a pleasant stay and want to write you a review. Well here it is.
We should be compensated more than just getting out money back. I will not again book a stay through fewo direkt. Waste of time and money.
