The intimate apartment building is located in the heart of the resort, actually right next to the beach, because it is only 50 meters away from the sea. There is a small bar on the ground floor where you can enjoy a tasty meal. There are also many other eateries, souvenir shops, cafes etc. A comfortable, 29-square-meter studio is located on the 3rd floor. It can accommodate 3 people. An unquestionable advantage of this accommodation is the amazing, direct sea view. The apartment is a spacious living room with a double bed, a wide and comfortable convertible sofa, a dining table and a large TV. In addition, there is a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. WiFi internet is available. There is safe parking within the fenced property. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption, final cleaning, WiFi internet, parking. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside climate, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. Ustronie Morskie is a well-known and popular resort on the Polish coast - many cultural and sports events are organized here. Active, in addition to sunbathing and sea bathing, can take advantage of hiking and biking tours, horse riding and sightseeing flights. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish Baltic coast and safety is ensured by qualified lifeguards equipped with specialist equipment. Local attractions: fishing harbor and colorful fishing boats on the beach. There are two promenades in Ustronie Morskie. Lovers of swimming in the pool are invited to the local Helios Aquapark (indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, hydro massage, whirlpool). This sports complex also offers a bowling alley, tennis courts and sports fields. The water park is approx. 700 m away from the resort. In Ustronie Morskie, the Bread Open-Air Museum is worth visiting, where you can try bread baked according to ancient, natural recipes. Bread is baked in a 120-year-old bread oven. You can also see antique items that are closely related to the bread baking process (old burrs, churns, slicers, etc.). The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Ustronie Morskie, which allows you to easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg, approx. 10 km away (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, a promenade). On the way, you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Driving in the opposite direction (to the east), you can visit Gąski (lighthouse), Sarbinowo, and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
