About this property

Villa of 260 m2 with fantastic views over the mountains as well as sea views. This villa is ideally located right in the middle between Saint-Tropez and Ramatuelle, and at only 2.3 km from the famous Nikki beach. Enjoy the huge garden of 20.000 m2, of which 10.000 m2 is fenced. There you will find the swimming pool of 12.20 x 5.60 meters., with the pool house. Prepare your meals in the well equipped kitchen, or on the Plancha grill. With this magnifico view the owners do not see the need for television, thus giving you perfect relaxation. There is of course Wifi. Families with babies are welcome, but the owners do not want children between 2 and 8 years old for security reasons. The villa guarantees you a holiday where you can enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings, but can be on all the popular hotspots of the Saint-Tropez area within a short time.

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
