Villa Lina is fully air-conditioned, and it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people who will be accommodated in 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The villa has one ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin and one regular bathroom that also has a shower cabin. In the villa, you will be able to use a washing machine, an iron, and a baby cot.

You will be able to relax on the sofa in the living room, and there is also a TV, coffee table, and board games. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 4 people, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with ease.

On the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy the view of the sea in a relaxed way, and you will be able to refresh yourself in the heated pool of 28 m2 and 1.45 metres deep. Additional functionality of the pool is a waterfall, and there is also a solar outdoor shower. Next to it, there are 4 deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor electric grill, and an outdoor dining table and seating.

The island of Pašman is the second largest island in the Zadar island group (63 km2), and it is 2-5 km away from the mainland by the wide Pašman channel. An important underwater archaeological site is the remains of a shipwreck in the Pašman Channel near the islet of Gnalić, whose objects, about 10,000 of them, are kept by the Local Museum in Biograd na moru.
