The accommodation
Our exclusive holiday apartment is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. With its modern amenities and stylish facilities, it offers you the comfort and coziness of home while being in a central location that allows you to explore the city's beauty with ease and on foot.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and now exudes contemporary charm. It comprises a bedroom, living room, bathroom, terrace and a practical storage and laundry room in the stairwell.

A comfortable king-size (180x200) double bed awaits you in the bedroom, which guarantees you restful nights. A spacious wardrobe offers enough space for your wardrobe and the chargers on the bedside tables ensure that you always have your electronic devices ready for use.

In the living room, an extremely comfortable couch invites you to linger and relax after an eventful day.
The 55 INCH SMART TV allows you to enjoy your favorite movies and streaming services, while the dining & work area offers versatile usage options. An Ethernet connection for your laptop is available.

You can conjure up your favorite meal quickly and easily in the well-equipped kitchen. You have a hob with extractor hood, oven, a capsule coffee machine as well as a refrigerator and dishwasher at your disposal. Other electrical appliances such as water and egg cookers, etc. are also available.
Cooking utensils such as cutlery, pans & pots offer you the opportunity to cook something delicious.

The bathroom is a place of relaxation and luxury. With high-quality slate-effect tiles and a modern rain shower, this is the ideal place to freshen up. Shampoo, soap, fresh towels and a hairdryer are ready for you upon arrival.

The terrace of the spa town apartment offers a chill-out area with two comfortable lounge chairs. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and relax in peace.

The storage room in the stairwell is equipped with cleaning material and a vacuum cleaner. You can also leave your suitcases there. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer where you can conveniently do your laundry. There is also a drying rack and an ironing board with an iron.

To make your stay even more pleasant, all windows are equipped with sun and insect protection.
The stairwell of the building was also renovated to a high standard, whereby the old wood was stylishly reworked in order to preserve its original charm.

The front door as well as the apartment entrance door can be opened via an electronic door lock using a CODE. You will receive this access code before your arrival via email or mobile directly to your mobile phone
Other important information
- You will find free parking directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street. Alternatively, the next multi-storey car park in the Festspielhaus is only 700m away on foot

- If your stay is longer than 1 week, I will of course provide you with new shampoos, soaps, towels and bed linen.

- The spa town of Baden-Baden levies a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per night (excluding children and young people under the age of 18 and business travellers). The tourist tax is not included in the overnight price and is paid in cash on site.

- With the guest card you get many sights at a discount. This will be ready for you upon arrival.
