Bait and switch

First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property we didn’t even stay at. While on the phone the customer service representative called the host twice which she didn’t answer. 15 minutes beforehand and she answered my call to let me in the gate to check in. This was a complete scam. Don’t waste your money and find another place to rent. I’m still waiting for my refund before I contact the federal trade commission and report VRBO.
