There are twoground floor apartments. . Towns close by worth visiting are Trevi, Foligno, Spello, Assisi, Todi, Gubbio, Orvieto, Perugia. The Marmore Waterfalls are close by at Terni. Nearest airports to Spoleto are Perugia &Rome. Spoleto has a train station with access to major cities & towns. A car is recommended. Free parking at the apartments.

We are child friendly. We have a cot / travel cot / bedding for cots / safety side for a bed / highchair. We value highly that guests should rightly expect a high standard of cleanliness. This has been acknowledged many times in the reviews by our guests. We have mattress and pillow protectors which are washed with all the linen and towels before each booking.



With few neighbours, Montelirossi is very quiet and peaceful yet only 10 minutes by car to all the attractions of Spoleto.



And then, of course, there is the swimming pool!



We offer free drop-off and pick-up to festival events during the Due Mondi Festivale in Spoleto June/July.
