Parts of the terrace are covered, providing both privacy and shade during the various meals of the day. Located in the exclusive area of Ladera del Mar, only 3 km west of Nerja, this apartment invites you to a peaceful retreat with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.

It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, while being only a few minutes' drive from the centre of Nerja.
For those who prefer to walk it is only 35 minutes, alternatively there is a bus that departs every 30 minutes in summer and once an hour in winter, stopping just below Ladera del Mar.

There is therefore room for up to 9 people plus a baby in a cot/travel cot, which enables two families to holiday together in the house. The house is adapted for small children with a gate to the stairs on the upper floor, baby high chair/high chair and baby cot/travel cot.

The house is decorated in calm, warm natural colors as well as furniture and furnishings that give a feeling of relaxation and vacation.
