You can enjoy a cosy breakfast or a good glass of wine in the evening with your family or friends on the spacious, covered terrace with a magnificent view of the Karawanken mountains. The fenced garden also invites you to sunbathe and linger.
There is a covered parking space for up to four cars or your motorbike. Larger vehicles such as vans or trailers can also be easily parked in front of the villa.

Just to the north of this property - 4 minutes away by car - is the town of Villach with the "Atrio" - the largest shopping centre in Carinthia with over 90 shops or the new "Kärntentherme" with over 11,000 m² of the finest swimming and bathing fun.

Villach's old town centre with its countless guest gardens, great shops, restaurants, bars, parks, a market and numerous events is second to none.
To the east of the villa, just a few hundred metres away, is the "Golfclub Schloss Finkenstein", where only your own handicap stands in the way of golfing pleasure on this 18-hole panoramic course.

Further to the east is the municipality of Finkenstein with the famous, turquoise-coloured Faaker See and the Carinthian event location "Burgarena Finkenstein", where numerous concerts and cultural events are performed. Furthermore, after a short 15-minute drive you can enjoy a boat trip on Lake Wörthersee or spend an unforgettable evening at Casino Velden, in the immediate vicinity of the Schlosshotel.

The Karawanken mountain range stretches south of the villa, with a view of the Mittagskogel. The "European Bike Week" in Faak am See is a highlight in the Carinthian calendar of events. This motorbike event attracts tens of thousands of Harley-Davidson riders and fans of this cult brand from all over the world to Carinthia every year. Harley's are welcome at Villa Kolberg!
The "International Sports Car Week Velden" also welcomes countless drivers and enthusiasts of these horsepower cars and makes its debut every year around Lake Faak and in the region.

In winter, the "Gerlitzen Alpe" ski area and the "Dreiländereck" ski area with numerous FIS-certified pistes and countless kilometres of pistes offer you fantastic skiing days in the immediate vicinity. Cross-country skiers can skate directly from Finkenstein towards Faak am See on the "Fuchsfährte" trail and winter alpinists will find over 25 ski tours of all levels of difficulty around Finkenstein.
