An dieser Stelle müssen wir unser Ensetzen über die Unterkunft und über die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ausdrücken. Zunächst ist es entsetzlich, dass wir nicht die Wohnung bekommen haben, die wir gebucht haben. Die Bilder, mit denen für die Unterkunft geworben wurde, entsprachen überhaupt nicht der Unterkunft, die wir bekamen. Des Weiteren war die bekommene Unterkunft furchtbar und ekelhaft dreckig (der Boden war komplett dreckig und staubig, im Bad lagen Haare auf dem Boden und dem Waschbecken, in der Küche standen benutzte, nicht weggeräumte Gläser und die Spiegel waren dreckig, schmierig und teilweise voller Zahnpasta). Der Höhepunkt des Entsetzens war allerdings das bereits benutzte Bett. Die Bettwäsche stank fürchterlich nach Rauch, die Kopfkissen waren voller Haare und ekelhaften Körperflüssigkeiten. Es war tatsächlich nichts zu beschönigen, ganz im Gegenteil es war widerlich und eine Frechheit, die uns sprachlos machte. Wir beschwerten uns daraufhin beim Gastgeber, bekamen jedoch nie eine Reaktion und Antwort auf unsere Beschwerde. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft und im gesamten Haus ganz unwohl gefühlt. Wir können niemandem empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu buchen und würden Expedia nahelegen, diesen Vermieter und die Wohnung zu sperren.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen, wir sind dort nicht geblieben. Menschen sind unterschiedlich, im Prinzip ist Kurt in Ordnung. Bloß der Zustand der Wohnungen ist leider wirklich nicht gut, manche Möbel gehören auf den Sperrmüll und sind wirklich verdreckt und mit Flecken übersehen. Wir haben zwei Wohnungen gesehen, unsere eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung hatte technische Probleme.

Tolle Lage, völlig verdreckt

Wegen Reparaturen bekamen wir vom Vermieter eine andere Wohnung. Die Lage war super, direkt bei dem Schloss Belvedere. In die Innenstadt waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war so verdreckt wie ich es noch nie erlebt hatte. Der Vermieter wollte fehlendes Besteck noch bringen. Hat er nicht gemacht. Bei diesem Vermieter werde ich nie wieder buchen. Gabi

Avoid - this property - we couldn't stay there one night

Please keep this anonymous - the landlord made us feel uneasy. It was a scary and unsafe neighborhood for ladies or young people. We could not stay there one night. The post was misleading, It was nowhere near the city center, we took a taxi there and couldn't stay one night. We bolted immediately. . First, we met the landlord to open the door and went up 4 flights of stairs with no lights. The place reeked of cigarettes, there was laundry left in the washing machine, the bedding looked gross, totally mismatched with a worn-out ripped vinal headboard. My daughter and I used the bathroom and then the door knob from the outside wiggled. Thankfully, I had the key to lock ourselves in. It was the landlord that needed to come in to check something he said he forgot. It made us nervous but let him in & he walked around to look and didn't forget anything. We immediately left, with our bear essentials, but because the neighborhood was too scary and desolate, we left our big suit cases to not call attention to ourselves. We had no intentions of being back at night because the stairs were dark (no lighting).It was a good call because the closest underground was very scary. The next morning we had to get a taxi from our hotel to take us to retrieve our luggage and asked the taxi to wait I've been to Europe many times but this was the scariest subway station I've ever seen. We checked into a hotel near the city center and would never stay at a VRBO without knowing the area again.
