This spacious 30 m² studio flat can accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for a business trip or a romantic getaway for two. It consists of a living room with a double bed that can be folded down, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. The decor of the flat is very cosy and homely, personalised by finishing with subtle decorations and stylish furniture. There is a balcony with garden furniture where you can relax with a morning cup of tea or coffee in the fresh air. The flat is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A range of bathroom and kitchen amenities (including a washing machine, dishwasher and ironing equipment) cater for our guests' travel needs. The property is an ideal choice for anyone who appreciates comfort and functionality, but also aesthetics.
