Anonym und überrascht

Bei Ankunft riefen wir die sehr überraschte Hausdame an. Offenbar war man auf uns nicht vorbereitet, trotz telefonischer Rückversicherung, die ich in der Vorwoche proaktiv vorgenommen hatte, da seitens des Anbieters überhaupt gar keine Kommunikation stattfand. Man versicherte mir am Telefon, alles sei ok. Nun, das Zimmer war jedoch nicht für uns vorbereitet sondern für einen anderen Gast, der am Folgetag anreisen würde. Demzufolge gab es für uns beide auch nur eine Garnitur Handtücher. Auch nach telefonischer Bitte um weitere Handtücher haben wir diese nicht erhalten. Persönlicher Kontakt war nicht möglich. Alles sehr unglücklich. Würden wir hier nochmal herkommen? Sicher nicht.

Nie wieder Portal Buchung

Vermieter wusste nicht Bescheid. Man wollte mich abweisen, obwohl bereits alles bezahlt war. Da steht man auf der Insel und bekommt gesagt, es gibt keine Reservierung. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Hausdame durfte ich dann die Unterkunft beziehen. Aber dann mussten die Vermieter sich noch absichern bei der Hausdame. Musste also alles offen legen. Sehr unfreundliche Frau, der Mann war noch sehr hilfsbereit. Sie stand unter Stress scheinbar. Aber ich war nicht der einzige, dem das an dem Tag bei dieser Unterkunft passiert ist. Es schien so, als wäre es eine Masche und man wollte die Kunden übers Ohr hauen. Kann jedem nur raten, bei den Vermietern direkt zu buchen. Zur Not anrufen. Zimmer war sauber, frisch renoviert aber die Farbe war noch am ausdünsten. Neuen Laminat auf den alten Teppisch gelegt. Der Wille war da, aber scheinbar musste alles schnell schnell gehen. Bad war sauber. Neue Handtücher.
