The 49 m² two-room non-smoking apartment 1-29 is suitable for up to 3 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, sofa set with sleeping function (1.40x2.00), desk, large box-spring bed (1.80x2.00), cupboard safe and a bathroom with rain shower. The balcony with direct sea view is accessible from both rooms and is sheltered from the wind and rain. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the vast Baltic Sea and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The Waterkant Aparthotel is located in the first row directly behind the dunes, with only the Europa cycling and hiking trail in between.
Your suite is located in the front east wing. This gives you a 180-degree sea view of the Baltic Sea.

Suite 1-29 is located on the second floor of Aparthotel Waterkant Suites, which is operated by OFV at the reception.
With the 1-29 you enjoy the advantages of a spacious two-room vacation apartment combined with the amenities and service of a hotel - from the spacious lobby with reception, a 600 m² wellness area, creative culinary offerings to breakfast in the hotel's own restaurant.

In the kitchen there are two dishwasher tabs, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a scouring pad, a dishcloth and a tea towel. There is also a roll of kitchen paper, two rolls of toilet paper and a bin liner.
If the guest stays longer than 3 nights, two tea towels will be prepared.
On request and for a fee, OFV can also provide you with a crib (including bed linen and towels) and a high chair for EUR 15.00 per stay

In Börgerende, a spa tax has been levied in the high and low season since summer 2022. This is to be paid on site at the reception.
It is per person/day from the age of 16:
High season: from May 01 to September 30 EUR 2.00
Low season: from October 01 to April 30 EUR 1.00
Children under the age of 16 are completely exempt from the visitor's tax.
