The holiday home was built in 2023 as a semi-detached house and has an enclosed property with swimming pool of 18 sqm, sun loungers, parasol, terrace and two parking spaces. Porec is a well-known and popular holiday destination with a variety of restaurants, typical taverns, cafes, beach bars and beautiful beaches with a wide range of activities.

Villa Lara Nova Vas is suitable for 6 people, has a living area of 152 sqm on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and separate toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace. On the second floor there is a room with working table and a roof terrace with sun loungers. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
