Villa Mihaela Deluxe is a beautiful one-storey house in the village Žbandaj.
Only 300 m from the house there is a konoba, café, shop, butcher and children's playground. The famous and popular tourist town Poreč is 8 km away from the house. On completely enclosed property there is a swimming pool of 20 sqm, a covered terrace with sitting set, barbecue, lounge set, sun chairs and two parking places at guests` disposal.

Holiday home for 4 people of 100 sqm is fully air-conditioned. It consists of living room with sofa set, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms, one with private shower/toilet and the other with bath/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Sehr schön,aber es muß erwehnt werden das die angrenzende Hauptstraße in ca.500 Meter Infernung sehr laut ist und Tag und Nacht Lärm verursacht.Der zweite Punkt ist das auf der Hausrückseite mitlerweile ein Hochhaus mit 4 Etagen gebaut wurde die von oben Einblick in den Pool und Gartenbereich haben.Da der Vermieter uns sagte sind die Fotos sechs Jahre alt,da gab es das Hochhaus noch nicht.Also keine "Intime" Atmosphäre im Gartenbereich,und der Straßenlärm müssen erwehnt werden damit man später nicht entäuscht ist.
