The accommodation
Open-plan like a loft and designed over 2 floors.

After the entrance area, one floor with a workplace, bed (with a view of nature), open fireplace and the lockable bathroom.

On the upper floor, a super-equipped kitchen and large terrace with spectacular views. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with a breathtaking 360° view over the houses of the old village and the Gulf of Squillace.

In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the deserted sandy beaches, whose blue and turquoise colours are reminiscent of the Caribbean.

Access for guests
The entire flat and the terraces are for your exclusive use during your stay.

Further important information
For all those looking for the original Italy. Enjoy the mountains, sea and starry sky, breathe in the atmosphere of a typical southern Italian village. Pizzeria and bars in the village, very good restaurants by the sea (reachable within 10 minutes). Bars, boutiques and nightlife in Soverato, about 30 minutes away.

The flat can also be used in winter. A bathtub, open fireplace and heaters ensure a cosy atmosphere even on cooler evenings.
For long-term bookings, electricity and gas are billed according to consumption.
